Bible memory day eight

25 July

Shalom to whoever is reading this right now. Today I'm posting the second part of Psalm four. Here it is.

Slaughter slaughterings of righteousness, and trust Yahweh.
Many are saying, "Who would show us good?" Yahweh, lift up the light of your face upon us.
You have put more gladness in my heart than in the season that their new grain and wine increased.
I lie down in peace altogether, and sleep; for You alone, O Yahweh, make me dwell in safety.

I love the end of that Psalm. But you alone make me dwell in safety. It's a beautiful Psalm.
Next week, when we memorize Psalm five, we'll be using the NIV version. Note that where ever it says the lord, we'll be saying Yahweh instead. Thanks for reading today!

Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, not stands in the way of sinners, nor sit in the seat of scoffers.
