Bible/new moon update

10 July

I don't know about you, but I didn't see the new moon last night, and I have a 360 degree view of everything from my balcony. Look again tonight!

I read the last chapter of the Torah portion last night. It ends right after verse 22, and I thought it was a strange place to stop. There are only a few more verses, and they stopped when they were three quarters of the way done with that chapter. No matter. Next week I can finish that chapter and it'll all be good. ;)

I also read the almost one chapter of the Haftarah. Guess what? There were only a few verses left on chapter one of Isaiah too, when they told me to stop. What?!?

Proverb nine was amazing. It was about wisdom, and whoever didn't read it needs to go back and read it right now. Today we're reading Proverbs ten. Tonight, I'll begin to read the Brit Chadashah, and finish it before Shabbat is here.

Thanks for reading! Feel free to comment!
