Psalm 2

05 August

Psalm 2 was one of the easiest things to memorize for me, I think. Here's part of it.

Why do the nations rage and the people meditate on emptiness? The Sovereigns of the earth take their stand, and the rulers take counsel together, against Yahweh and against his Messiah, saying, "Let us tear apart their bonds, and throw their ropes away from us."
He who sits in the heavens laughs; Yahweh mocks at them. He speaks to them in his wrath, and troubles them with his rage, saying, "But I, I have set my Sovereign on Zion, my set apart mountain."

Those were the first few verses of Psalm 2. Make sure you have them down before you move on to the rest. Today is Yom Sheni, which is Hebrew for Monday. Tomorrow, Yom Shlishil, we have to go to Grand Junction for our music lessons really early, so I might not be able to post anything tomorrow. Don't get all worried; I said might not get to post anything tomorrow. So, there will either be no post tomorrow, or a really short post tomorrow. Who knows. :)
