Praise report

20 September

We're so thankful to Yahweh that he provided for us! Here's the story:
We have a food room down in basement that has most of our food. A lot of food. One whole wall is filled with canned goods, beans, applesauce, maple syrup, bread making ingredients, all kinds of stuff that a family of eight could have. Then we have three freezers and two refrigerators filled all the way to the top. One freezer has frozen fruit and vegetables and crock-pot meals, the other freezer filled up with the same, and then our third freezer is completely filled up with grass fed beef, the chickens we butchered, bla bla bla. Our refrigerator is filled up with cheese, fresh fruit, nuts, all kinds of stuff that you would never imagine. So, you can imagine our dilemma when one of the fridge's breaks and all the food in it gets all moldy and destroyed. Yep, that's what happened. We buy most of our food in bulk, so there was a lot of big things that got spoiled. The repair man came in told us that the compressor went out, and it was going to be five to six hundred dollars to replace the compressor. Just refrigerators with no freezer on top cost $600. We don't have that kind of money, so we were praying and looking on craigs list to see if anything would pop up. They kept having things that would work, but not that were ideal, and things kept happening that kept us from buying them. This was Thursday of last week. We prayed with out ceasing, I'll tell you that. I asked Yahweh that he would provide us with just a normal fridge with no freezer on top that was cheap and would last us a really long time, somewhat near where we lived. Thursday was the last day we had to find one, and Mama looked on craigs list, and there was a Kennmore fridge exactly like ours for $200 in Aspen. Yahweh answered our prayers!
