Kefir Smoothie

13 January

Yum! This smoothie is absolutely delicious! We make it often since we shouldn't be eating a lot of baked goods on GAPS, and thankfully this is one that our whole family likes! It tastes a lot like the flavored kefir you can buy at the health food store, only better for you because of the small amounts of sweetner and the added Kosher gelatin. The optional eaw eggs add needed nutrition, as well. (Of course, you don't have to put raw eggs in it if that really grosses you out.) I hope you enjoy this as much as we do!

Kefir Smoothie
(To make 2 cups)

Half a cup of your favorite frozen fruit(strawberries, peaches, mangos, blueberries)
1/2 cup of ice (optional)

1 cup of your favorite frozen fruit(we like strawberries)
1 cup of ice (optional)
3 tsp gelatin hydrolysate
2-3 tbsp of honey
2 eggs (optional)
