Tropical Fruit Smoothie

17 February

This smoothie is fantastic! There are no added sweeteners, and it does have some nutrition because of the raw egg yokes and the gelatin.

Tropical Fruit Smoothie

1 cup milk kefir
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
1 ripe banana
1 orange, peeled and sliced
2-3 raw eggs yokes (no whites)
2 tsp gelatin hydrolysate

Blend together! It's pretty simple and it tastes delicious. If you substitute mangos for pineapple it's really yummy, too!

Has anyone read this week's Torah portion yet? It's really good! God is giving Moses the plans to build the tabernacle, and it marvels me every time we get to this part of the Torah how specific God was with His house! Anyway, it's a really powerful portion and I would encourage all of you to read it soon, if you haven't already.

And as always, keep praying, particulary about this whole vaccination thing that's been brewing.

Also, please keep my family in prayer. We've been suffering from a family tragedy and would greatly appreciate your prayers. :)

Have a wonderful day!

Blessings,
Emma
