Strawberry Banana Smoothie
03 MarchThis is a delicious, quick and easy smoothie recipe that we did this morning for breakfast.
Recipe
Makes 4 cups
1-2 banans
1- 1 1/2 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
1 cup of frozen mangos
2 cups kefir
1 tbsp chia seeds
1-2 egg yokes
Sweetener as needed (honey, maple syrup, stevia)
Blend fruit and kefir until smooth and creamy. Then add egg yokes, chia seeds, and sweetner. If you want a little thicker smoothie you can add ice as needed. Hope you enjoy!
